- Improve Operators and supervisor knowledge on products and Ensure the quality and targets achievements.
- Evaluate all department members on their performance & arrange training programs where necessary and conduct necessary recruitments to fill required capacity.
- Daily participating the PDCA problem solving activities to solve the existing issues to avoid its happening in future
- Achieving & Monitoring the Plan targets as Daily –Weekly –Monthly and meet required quality levels
- Maintain 6S within the production department
- Focus on daily deliveries and OTD achievement.
- Overall responsible for all production activities of three shift of the plant
- Maintain cadre allocation for each dept. and ensure cadre for manual, machine, table, press and finishing sections do not exceed the budgeted figures.
- Ensure day-to-day problems in production are sorted with the corporation of the production Team (absenteeism & other urgent issues in the Factory).
- Attend pre-production meetings & follow up on the highlighted issues in the minutes.
