Assistant Sale Manager (China Region)

- Lead customer development of key accounts in China
- Coordinate marketing efforts together with the customer and marketing team
- Activate China marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
- Work closely with China Team to improve overall sales and customer satisfaction
- Manage China territory to meet or exceed the sales goals as per the annual budget
- Identify & secure new business prospects and increase sales volume in China market
- Maximize volume and revenue for Cashew sales in China Market
- Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and industry events as necessary
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution

- Education/Academic: College/ Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
- Language/Computer Proficiency: Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and other business systems.
- Technical Skills/Competencies: Excellent communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
- Work Experience
2+ years of outside China sales experience with fluency in speaking Chinese and English is a must
B2B / Food industry background is preferred .
Experience in Cashew industry is plus point
