Assistant to Casino Manager

-Oversee the casino activities;
-Supervise and manage services on gaming floor
-Coordinate with department heads to ensure all customer satisfaction and operational efficiency;
-Attend to gaming machine's payments and malfunctions;
-Execute promotions and provide feedback to management.
-Respond to customer issues, requests and complaints in a courteous manner consistent with guest service standards;
-Prepare the operation report and other reports of gaming activities;
-Comply with all internal controls and procedures related to operations;
-Ensure operations compliance with local regulatory and statutory regulations;
-Train and manage staff in accordance with departmental standards, policies and programs;
-Performs other related duties by the management.

-Korean / Chinese
-Fluently speak English or Vietnamese or Mandarin is advantage
-5 years experience in the related industry
-3 years supervisory experience is required.

Relevant University degree / diploma or its equivalent
