Assistant to Japanese Business Development Manager (Sales support)

Documentation assistance: Fulfilling guidance of operation on behalf of Japanese Route Development Manager and pass it to operations department
Assisting Japanese Route Development Manager in terms of language: Communicating with Vietnamese person in charge in Japanese company with professional and courteous manner
Making some reports as basic requirement.
Business development: Identifying new potential company which has im/export activities and approach and developing current business bigger.

• Experiences in import and export, freight forwarding or shipping lines
• Person who is interested in Japanese culture
• Person who keens details (including self-task management skill)
• Person who used to work in Japanese freight forwarder
• Commercial oriented person
• Person who holds level N3 of Japanese (if possible) and good command in English
• Customer friendly characteristic and decent
• College or University Certificate major in Foreign Trade, Marketing or Business Administration is preferable
