Assistant Training Manager

- The primary role of the Assistant Training Manager will specifically focus on the training and development discipline of the property however, it is a requirement of this role to also assist the Human Resources Department by fulfilling various human resources functions including but not limited to Recruitment and Selection, Remuneration, Administration, Reward & Recognition and any assignment under HR Manager request.
- Efficiency, urgency, confidentiality and initiative will be essential characteristics of this role. The Asst. Training Manager will be required to conduct his/her duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

- Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
- Good training skills, eg. English training
- Work well under high pressure
- At least 02 year of related work experience
- Excellent in verbal & written communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Hospitality background and service mind
- Must be able to fluently speak, read, write and understand language(s) used in the workplace.
- Good organization skills
