Assistant Warehouse Manager (Vsip- Bac Ninh)

Working place: Block 3 , Street 6 , Mapletree Logistic Park, VSIP, Phu Chan commune, Tu Son city, Bac Ninh province.
• Manage all activities of using MHE, Facilities to comply with instruction, to ensure all vehicles are used in good quality status, minimize on damaged problems;
• Perform any other tasks including ad-hoc, administrative, QA, EHS or special projects as assigned by Warehouse Manager.
• Ensure all of warehouse operation report to be taken to comply with deadline
• Manage and improve approved Work Instructions for all activities of Warehouse operation to comply with requirements;
• Ensure the working, storage performance in the most efficient way & effective housekeeping manner;
• Be contact point for co-ordination, discussion and communication of assigned warehouse. To receive, solve, make decision for complain and/or problem arose at assigned warehouse. Ensure same problem and/or issue will not keep on repeat;
• Ensure all of operations to comply with agreed KPI target;
• Provide counseling and take disciplinary actions, where needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
Educational qualifications: College degrees
Job required skills: Computer literate, strong leadership, coaching skills and decision-making skill, job task planning, problem solving
Language: Proficient in English, both speaking and writing skills;
Years of experience: 3-5 years of experience in the 3PL field at the relevant position, especially prefer candidates who have much experience in FMCG field; Experienced with warehouse management system/application.
