REMOTE WORK
Pendleton & Co is seeking an Associate, Business Services, to join us in our journey of adventure, to acquire new skills and develop your career. We are seeking to recruit a talented person, an office all-rounder, with strong customer, business, and operational service skills. This position will report to the Business Partner, Corporate Services.
Operations:
• Monitoring and updating Management on the business key priority actions and status.
• Manage logistics system transactions for outbound / inbound movements.
• Manage customer inquiries and ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner.
• Liaising with Management Representatives in Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Australia.
• Perform daily and ad-hoc operational and business services tasks to support the smooth running of the business.
• Manage and monitor client consignment collection and deliveries.
Accounts Management:
• Prepare quotes, purchase orders and invoices.
• Manage customer monthly product export orders and its logistics.
• Engaging new customers for potential orders.
• Prepare performance, profit and loss reports.

You will be prepared to take initiative, meet tight deadlines and urgent requests without issue.

You are confident, flexible and have demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
To facilitate working remotely, the candidate is expected to possess and maintain their own Smart Phone, Personal Computer or Laptop with internet connection, compatible for remote work and to support our Company Microsoft 365 software.
You are curious, have a willingness to learn and keep learning and desire to continually review and improve.
You will be able to multi-task, be a team player and have a strong focus on customer service.
