Associate Creative Director

We are looking for an Associate Creative Director to manage creative and production projects from concept creation to completion. The Associate Creative Director is responsible for developing and transforming concepts into creative solutions, managing creative teams, and ensuring client objectives are achieved. To be successful as an Associate Creative Director you should be able to develop creative concepts and strategies that are insightful, relevant, innovative, and effective. Ultimately, an excellent Associate Creative Director is a creative powerhouse with the ability to motivate and direct their team in the design and production of best-in-class solutions across different platforms.

· Supporting the Creative Director with the development of concepts, strategies, and client presentations.
· Managing and supervising multiple projects and teams.
· Ensuring resources are allocated according to project needs.
· Directing with Copywriter & Art Director and development of creative materials.
· Provide creative thoughts/ ideas for full campaign/proposal and support in creating concept, especially in digital field
· Study and understand clients’ products/ industries/ services, the target audience, insights and competitors’ activities
· Drive the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication while maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice
· Be responsible for digital content: Facebook posts, blog posts, PR articles, advertising material…
· Work closely with Art/Design team to make sure all materials will be aligned with the concept

· Degree in marketing, graphic design or related field.

· Understand the ecosystem of the digital and physical world.
· A team player with brave, enthusiastic, and cheerful attitude.
Achievement certificates (Optional)
Good in English is a must

5+ years of experience in the industry.
