To be perfectly sure, here is all the information you need!
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- HR-IS: maintain and update employee information on data sheets and Jira system (PPM – people profile management) and provide reports upon management’s requests. You’ll also need to update the organizational chart.
- Off-boarding coordination: work with related teams to ensure the whole process runs smoothly and to provide a positive experience to exiting employees.
- Ad-hoc tasks: other duties as assigned.
- On-boarding: collaborate with the recruitment team, department managers, L&D department, office operations, admin manager, and IT team to facilitate onboarding and to provide the best possible experience to newcomers from all entities.
- Probation appraisals: collaborate with department managers to conduct the probation appraisals including learning reports, self-reviews, peer-reviews, and manager’s assessments.
- Employment administration: guide newcomers to help them submit necessary the administrative documents including judicial records, passport and get them submitted to the Admin department.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
- Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
- Familiarity with office applications (Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Sheet).
- Have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar job.
- The ability to speak English fluently and possess good English business writing skills.
- Bachelor’s/ University Degree (HR, Economy, BA…)
