ASSOCIATE LAWYER

Job Description:
Liaise with government departments.
Participate in meetings with clients and other third parties.
Supervise/manage projects and ensure projects are delivered on time, meeting client expectations;
Provide legal advice to local and foreign businesses on all legal aspects;
Supporting other companies’ projects (if needed/ if required)
- Consult the procedures of legal documents, participate in deal/litigation, and solve the arisen issues to beneficial disputes between the company and the third party.
- Assist all of departments of the company in the aspect of legal.
- Take responsible for the aspect of legal towards the company’s operation.
Provide internal training, legal update to the employee of the company.
Other tasks assigned by Managing Director.
To assist in promotion activities and business development programs of the Company;
Job Requirement:
To hold University Degree in law, be an Attorney (having Legal Practicing Certificate) or graduated from the Lawyers Training Program.
To have at least 3 years legal experience in enterprise consultation, bank, finance, real estate, M&A, foreign investment or similar.
- Fast manners, friendly and good communication skills.
- Know how to plan and organize your work effectively.
- To be fluent in English, especially in writing and speaking skills.
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).
- Withstand high work pressure.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, careful, honest and responsible.
- Proficiency in office skills.
- Ability to work independently and work in teams.
