- To organize the Compliance Awareness training for sales force and company’s staff.
*** Main Responsibility
Investigate violations of sales force, including alternative agents, staff and
alternative agents/staff misconducts happened;
propose disciplinary actions to the violating agents/staffs comply with
Company’s rules, regulations of IAV, and the applicable insurance laws;
Recognize potential violations by sales force/staff and propose solutions to
mitigate harm may occur;
Self make comprehensive and efficient plans on examining and investigating
Develop, review internal rules on sales force activities misconduct handling;
Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the manager from time to
Conduct training sharing/audit/on-site, off-site inspection to sales force;
Report fraud cases on GRC system.

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, investigating police.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance (experience on investigation, sales force misconduct resolution, anti-fraud investigation).
Skills:
- Good English language skills, both verbal and written.
- Honesty, integrity, ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Confident, decisive and solution-driven.
- Analytical and organized approach, with a good attention to details.
- Investigation skills, Communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills using all major office applications.
