The Training Centre Associate Manager oversees penetrating current markets and exploring new ones with activities by researching, developing and managing corporates and stakeholder relationships, implementing engagement plans & events with key external stakeholders, and identifying potential strategic partners to ensure the strategy for business growth, including schools, corporates and international partners at British University Vietnam.
Job Objectives
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder engagement
- Identify, develop and maintain relationships with the key external stakeholders (corporates, businesses, schools, universities and colleges, language centres, overseas study agents and government educational entities) to contribute to enlarge potential markets for training programmes and marketing activities
- Implement an annual engagement plan for key external stakeholders, influencers; Plan and implement annual engagements/trainings for corporate partners.
- Provide high quality follow-ups and customer care and services to potential propects, inquiries, participants and BUV trainees as well other internal and external stakeholders.
Promotion activities
- Report the effectiveness of those activities on a timely basis
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing/academic…) for organising training courses and events relating to key stakeholders, especially corporate partners and schools to ensure they meet outcome targets and expectations.
- Coordinate with MarCom to organise sales/marketing events to respond to inquiries.
International collaboration
- Conduct a range of international research projects
- Engage in international partnership development, cooperation, and programme development
Participant maintenance
- Follow-up and stay in touch with participants to analyse needs and provide updates about courses and programmes
- Provide regular interaction and communication with participants for any inquiries
Management support
- Assist Head of TC/VC&P as well as CAO on developing and implementing business development (BD) plan and managing operation works.
- Be responsible for proper process and procedure of working with corporates, schools and organisations, and consultation to customers.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new markets and customer needs
Short training courses operation:
- Manage course flow, contents and reports effectively
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Head of Training Centre in the conduct of training, workshops, events, and other TC-related activities.
Link strategy with engagement
- Explore new partnerships for student/trainee recruitment of training programmes via stakeholders & personal network
- Keep any arising needs of external stakeholder networks (corporates, schools, ministries, departments and universities…etc) in radar to link to strategies and engagement plans.
Database management
- Follow the data entry guidelines and processes to ensure stakeholder information is up to date
- Generate reports on the effectiveness of engagement events and activities
- Ensure engagement activities are captured in the report on a timely basis
General
- Provide high quality of customer care and services to internal and external stakeholders.
- Undertake any other assignments as delegated by line manager.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports requested by line manager.
