MAIN DUTIES:
Electrical Materials management & Cost control
Ensure that spare parts and consumables are sufficient to meet operation demands and using correctly purpose. Based on SAP to execute maintenance plan for instrument equipment as a matter of routine
ABB system & instrument equipment availability
All technical documentations & electrical drawings are regularly updated and follow ISO standards.
Ensure that all measurement devices are maintained and calibrated based on ISO procedures & standards.
control system of production line, WHR and packing plant without error.
Dalog system, Kiln linkman control system, Scanner, KM data extraction system & others ABB control system ( Production line, WHR, packing plant, power plant ) must be maintained in good working condition.
All Weigh feeder systems, belt scale, gas/dust emission monitoring devices and another device such as temperature, pressure, vibration, gas/air flow, level measurement monitoring and control in target set.
Life time of equipment, improvement plan for all Instrumentations & ABB system must be yearly updated. And ensure that main
Human resources management
Coach staff to have a sense of responsibility in work, creativeness motivation, teamwork.
Assist to line managers in staff assessment & development of succession plan.
Assured that working conditions correspond to the Vietnamese labor law and the Holcim collective labor agreement without violation.
Planning, reporting & other responsibility
Full support to problem solving, root course analysis for failed equipment based on SAP report.
Report, Trilogy report, SOT report & PTO report
Daily /weekly meeting, KPI report, failure equipment
Shutdown plan for kiln, all mills & requirement of equipment.
Key challenges
