Automation Engineer_Nhon Trach

H&S:

• Must comply with all company QEOHS policy, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and will be measured against criteria outlined in Dialogue.

Maintenance activity execution

• Develop PMR plan for PLC system and operating control systems


• Organize, supervise and execute maintenance activities of automation system and measurement devices


• Carry out trouble shootings to bring equipment back to operation soonest


• Analyze and eliminate repetitive problems through root cause analysis (SOLVE, FMEA)


• Maintain and calibrate measurement devices and monitoring instruments periodically


• Update technical documents and electrical drawings

Control system improvement and optimization

• Study, propose solutions to improve automation system


• Carry out and control modifications and upgrade to meet design requirements


• Update PLC system and operating softwares


• Update, modify and program equipment modifications and new installations


• Modify and optimize interlocks, control parameters, control loop, etc.


• Support and execute performance improvement projects (CAPEX)

Maintenance materials and cost control

• Propose maintenance budget of assigned area


• Control monthly maintenance cost of assigned area to ensure all expenses correctly


• Control maintenance materials and spares at reasonable rate


• Assess the status of the parts to be replaced


• Develop maintenance cost improvement plan

Working time: 07:30 AM - 4:30 PM, 02 Saturdays per month. Shuttle bus is provided.

• Major in Automation & Control (tự động hóa) or Electrical Engineering (Cơ điện)


• At least 2 years experience working at electrical maintenance for an international company in heavy industry.


• Be able working under high pressure. And strong technical knowledge of maintenance operations to overcome.
