Automation Test Engineer

Assist in preparing and delivering reports on progress of testing services to team leader.
Conduct Regression Testing on new applications and existing software enhancements to identify any possible impacts caused by changes.
Provide technical support/coaching for less experienced members to increase team’s productivity.
Design and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures for testing on software applications based on business and technical requirements.
Participate in review of project requirements to understand test objectives, to provide input on testability of requirements and estimation for the testing activities.
Report bugs found, progress of testing and test results.
Do manual testing when the project needed.

Have hand-on experience at CI/CD is a big plus.
Understand and be able to perform various Software Testing Types like Smoke Testing, Functional Testing, Usability Testing, Security Testing, Performance Testing, Regression Testing, and Compliance Testing.
Good knowledge of software testing basic, testing level, testing methodologies and processes.
Good knowledge of object-oriented programming, along with requisite coding and debugging skills
Have 1+ year hand-on experience at implementing and executing Automation test cases with any Automation testing tool.
Familiarity with testing of mobile and web applications.
Domain knowledge in Banking, Payment or Finance is a big advantage.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology
