• S is a leading company in IoT device manufacturing. They participated in the building of multiple IoT communication standards, including Matter and Zigbee. They also produce many IoT hardware for smart home and smart city solutions.
• D is one of the largest satellite broadcasting companies in North America. It also provides traditional linear television service delivered by IP and a Virtual MVPD service.
• R is the premier provider of title and settlement software solutions for the Land Title Industry. Its state-of-the-art solutions include a complete set of tools to facilitate and automate much of the work performed by title companies.

Responsibilities

• Work with Scrum team to write and define test plans for features;
• Develop automation script that can be integrated into the continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery process.
• Ensuring automation coverage and test execution are completed during each sprint and prior to release;
• Work with Engineering and DevOps to add testing to deployment pipelines;
• Provide concise and accurate documentation of bugs within the sprint in Jira;
• Collaborate within the scrum team providing input for QA testing estimation, sprint planning, story development and testing, demos, and team retrospective;
• Create & manage bug reports in Jira and communicate with the team;
• Write Regression, Smoke and Functional (end-to-end) automated test scripts.

Common Requirements:
• Good English and/or Japanese communication (JLPT N3+) skill is a MUST;
• 3+ years of hands-on SDET experience with hands-on participation in automated or manual testing of software/mobile applications in an agile environment;
• Experience of managing and/or contributing to comprehensive functional and regression test suites from design, implementation, and maintenance of test automation and frameworks;
• Automation expertise using tools and frameworks such as: Cucumber, Pytest, jUnit, TestNG, Selenium or similar;
• Comprehensive knowledge of QA methodologies including functional, performance, BDD, regression, black-box, white-box testing and other testing strategies;
• Experience in working with build tools such as Jenkins and/or other build tools to integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
H, D and R Clients:
• Experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium, Appium;
• Experience in automating web applications, iOS and/or Android mobile apps;
• Experience working with external cloud testing solutions such as AWS device farm or BrowserStack.
• Working knowledge of API automation and experience in setting up API tests for REST APIs and Web Services;
S Client:
• Have experience with hardware devices (e.g., Arduino, Matter, Zigbee) is a big plus;
• Must have 3+ years of experience in any technology of Test Automation;
• Experience in Python and Pytest is a plus.
• Experience in Linux, shell script;
