Automation Test Lead / Senior Engineer QA QC, Tester

We&039;re seeking a passionate and experienced QA Automation Lead to build our testing automation framework from the ground up! In this pioneering role, you&039;ll be responsible for establishing cutting- edge QA automation practices, guiding the company towards a future of efficient and high- quality software releases.
Responsibilities:

Establish KPIs for automation process: and regularly analyze test results, measure the effectiveness and efficiency, identify areas for improvement.
Mentor QA automation team, foster a collaborative and knowledge- sharing environment. Facilitate Test Automation Workshop to share automation knowledge with manual QAs.
Communicate QA automation goals, strategies, and progress: Effectively and regularly to QA, SWE, Project, Product team, and other stakeholders.
Develop automation framework from scratch: define coding standards, establish test automation infrastructure, and create reusable libraries. Define the overall QA automation strategy, selecting the most effective frameworks, tools, and technologies to align with our development process.
Lead QA automation initiatives: stay up- to- date on the new technologies in QA automation, propose and implement improvements.
Performance test scenarios: Work with QAs and SWEs to develop, identify bottlenecks (if any), and coordinate with various QA teams to review, refine, and automate test cases.

Yêu cầu công việc

Proven experience in building and implementing test automation frameworks from scratch.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation.
In- depth knowledge of popular automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Typescript).
A passion for quality assurance and a drive to improve testing processes.

Nice to have:

Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Experience in cloud- based testing environments.
Experience in accessibility testing (familiarity with WCAG, accessibility shortcuts, keystrokes; WAS certification) is a plus, but not mandatory
Experience with API testing and performance testing tools.
