Automation Test/Performance Test - Signing Bonus Up To 35M

Looking for performance test engineers to execute end-to-end performance testing for Back-End and Front-End of communication platform.
- Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.
- Review and recommend improvements to existing test procedures
- Build scripts using Jmeter in integration with Athena and Google Data Studio.
- Work with testing team to develop performance test plans and test scenarios.
- Communicate directly with English speaking client to get requirement, define working process and testing approaches.
- Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions.
- Conduct system performance testing to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability.
- Design and execute performance test strategy.
- Generate test summary reports for management review.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related majors.
- Deep experience in working with API request.
- Execute performance testing skills with JMeter.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the testing career with 3 years of experience in automation testing or performance testing.
- Independently get requirement from client and propose plans to execute.
- Quick learner and research skills on new tools, new technologies.
