Bar Supervisor

Minimize customer complaints by responding promptly to customer complaints and requests
Check the cleanliness of outlet stores to keep them in optimal condition
If necessary, support the main tasks in the station (cashier, serving, cleaning, etc.)
Responsible for efficient manpower operation by staffing waiter / ess and staff manpower
Conduct customer service according to SOP, such as customer reception, order, food setting, calculation and farewell
Check menus and reservations, check clothing and share customer information before opening
Implement OJT and on-site training of employees to maintain service quality

At least 5 years of service experience in restaurants or hospitality (Food & Beverage) and 2 years in supervise role
High school diploma or equivalent
Food & Beverage Service Experience Required
