Job Summary:
As a Bar Supervisor at NOX Beach Club within New World Hoiana Beach Resort, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing inventory, and leading a team of bartenders. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the vibrant atmosphere of NOX Beach Club and delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations, as well as resort policies and procedures.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of bartenders, ensuring they deliver high- quality service and uphold the resort&039;s brand standards.
Financial Management: Monitor sales, control costs, and maximize revenue through effective pricing strategies and upselling techniques.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for bar staff on product knowledge, service standards, and upselling techniques to enhance their skills and performance.
Menu Development: Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager to develop innovative and enticing drink menus that reflect NOX Beach Club&039;s ambiance and guest preferences.
Event Coordination: Coordinate and oversee special events, parties, and promotions at NOX Beach Club, ensuring flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
Inventory Management: Manage bar inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, place orders for supplies, and minimize waste to optimize profitability.
Guest Relations: Address guest feedback, complaints, or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues and exceed guest expectations.
Customer Service Excellence: Interact with guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure exceptional service delivery, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Supervise Bar Operations: Oversee the day- to- day operations of NOX Beach Club bar, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and adherence to service standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Proven experience as a bartender or bar supervisor in a high- end beach club, hotel, or resort setting.
In- depth knowledge of beverage trends, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) preferred.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese or other languages is a plus.
Education:
Certification or diploma in hospitality management or related field preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
