Bartender/ Barista

Sets the example by adhering to all rules and regulations set by the management.
Be able to lead the service and act as a role model to the team.
Orders and maintains liquor and bar supplies.
Has a thorough knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
Mixes ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
Follows standard operation procedures.
Must be gully familiar with the operation of the outlet, corrects procedures and duties of subordinates.
Cleans up after customers and clean work area, and reset an necessary.
Successfully performs opening and closing procedures established for the assigned outlet.
Performs the workflow in the outlet to ensure efficiency and excellent service.
Being knowledgeable to operate the existing POS system based on the trained responsibility level as assigned in the department.
Be able to run a bar from A – Z with all mise en place preparations, production of cocktails, cashiering as well as shift end duties.
Engages in suggestive selling.
Determines when a customer has had too much alcohol.
Shows an interest to develop and explore the local bar culture and knowing the places to go.
Ensures to meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol and tobacco products.
Works with team members and offers help when needed.
