Bartender/Barista (Hồ Tràm)

First things first -Timing & Grooming:
Ensure the standards of personal hygiene and manners as prescribed.
Uniform, grooming check before going to work.
Be at working outlet BEFORE shift started.
In shift responsibility:
Team meeting with supervisor/manager for update information.
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
Clean the bar area, bar items, display menus and setup bar counter.

Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.

Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.

Plan and present bar menu.

Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.

Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.

Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.

Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
Report & Handover work:
Check list handover (inventory, fridge temperature, delivery, …)
Report shifts information with co-worker & supervisor/manager.
Clean bar area & stock before handover.

Computer literacy
Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Well spoken & listening in English
Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender (Minimum 2 years)
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
