Bill of Materials Coordinator

Your Job:
As the Bill of Materials (BOM) Coordinator you will be a member of our Asia Footwear Development team where you will collaborate on a daily basis with both US and Asia Footwear team members and our factory partners to create a bill of materials (BOM) for performance running footwear. You will participate in the execution of new inline styles, handling new color-ups and SMU products. This role will act as a data integrity check for materials in order to build accurate samples and Cost Breakdown Sheets (CBD).
This is a temporary role with 6 moths&039; contract, the company will depend on the actual workload to decide whether we can renew the contract for longer duration.
Your Responsibilities:
Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM’s) for assigned projects on a seasonal basis using Brooks Product Line Management system FlexPLM;
• Track down the task(excel BOMs) completion from the development team and compile the report at each round;
• Maintain the accurancy of the BOMs or other data /files in Flex.
• Enter other data, files, documents in FlexPLM and sharepoint as needed to support product creation teams.
• Deliver trainings to anyone who works on the BOMs from Brooks and Factory side;
• Achieve on-time performance for all key deadlines and goals in entering information in FlexPLM;
• Provide suggestions to System analyst in terms of how to improve the efficiency and accurancy to create the BOMs in Flex;

• Good English verbal and written communication skills;
• Experiences with Flex PLM system is required ; and or shoe experiences in the Athletic Footwear Industry is a plus;
• Keen attention to detail in execution of tasks

• BS or BA degree in related field;
• Good interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company.
