BIM Coordinator/ Staff - Amata Industrial Park & Smart City (Vietnamese, Min 2 Years of Experience)

• Drafting the bidding document, contract based on Amata BIM templates and guidelines for designers/contractors to attend bidding.
• Supporting and coordinating with designers, consultants, contractors, implementing and maintaining BIM execution plans for assigned projects, as well as implementing digital information plans and strategies.
• Coordinating all contractors of assigned projects on the construction phase collaboratively and more efficiently based on BIM technology (Navisworks, Archicad, etc.)
• Preparing regularly reports and updates for assigned project progress.
• Preparing BIM execution plans (based on Amata BIM templates) for assigned projects of Amata in Vietnam.
• Implementing BIM data (3D, planning, budget, quantities, schedule, etc.) of assigned projects from the survey step to operation step.
• Supporting in identifying errors, failures, and feedback in services, proposing corrective actions to prevent the risks and improve office system.
• Updating advancements in building technology and industry standards.
• Coordinating, providing BIM data and guidelines to related departments, stakeholders for their input (Land, PM, operation, designers, contractors, etc.)
- Updating new BIM technology & method to the project.
- Implement the other design and documentation processes until completion

• Can use English in working.
• Well-experienced in controlling BIM data (3D, planning, estimation, cost, construction schedule).
• Well-experienced in bidding process using BIM technology.
• Bachelor&039;s Degree in Structure/Construction/Infrastructure or equivalent.
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience in coordinating and controlling BIM project process (design, estimation, bidding, construction).
• Well-versed in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, BIM, Navisworks software. And able to efficiently use BIM to perform technical design coordination, bidding, construction, and report.
