Mô tả công việc




  • Working Location: 35 Nguyen Hue, Ben Nghe ward, Dist. 1, HCMC/ Amata IP, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province (Project).

  • Priority to work immediately at Amata IP, Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province (Project).


  • Objectives of the Position:

    As part of design team to develop architectural documents for bidding process for both pre-contract phase and post contract phase. Moreover, take charge of development, implementation and enforcement of Architectural BIM Modeling processes, workflows and standards.



  • Task and Responsibilities:


  • Produce architectural and technical models and drawings by using Revit for projects.


  • Work as part of a Revit BIM team to achieve consistent results.


  • Make adjustment 3D perspectives as per client’s expectations to ensure a successful project.


  • Perform 3D renderings and other visualizations for interior and exterior.


  • Collaborate with other teams on specific aspects of the projects.



Yêu cầu công việc



  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural or related field.

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience in industrial building design.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3DMax, Adobe Premier, NavisWork for 4D, Photoshop, MS office.

  • Well understand local codes and regulations of Architectural in Industrial Building.
