- Utilize visual management for optimizing communication and cross functional communication.
- Lead the execution of the footwear production plan by managing the system and process including organizing resources in the areas of Cutting , cutting components, Preparation and Stitching areas.
- Ensure that employees use protective equipment (rubber gloves, masks, etc.) according to their work activities.
- Manage the output and rejected product for next process.
- Be a role model by providing a general safe work condition.
- Manage the discipline of the employees.
- Lead and coordinate the maintenance team in order to ensure a proactive approach to the machines condition, minimizing downtime.
- Ensure upper production performance, material usage and production output is based on the standard required and agreed lead time.
- Monitor the waste from production process.
- Ensure the subordinate’s development to fit the competencies required.
- Ensure the production process is in accordance with the standard operation procedure and according to the approved Reference sample.
- Manage the department’s organization, in order to improve department’s performance.
- Ensure that the factory site is according to the agreed standards.
- Ensure employees work safely by following EHS rules and standards.
- Manage work distribution within the organization and ensure organization charts and job descriptions are updated and properly socialized.
- Lead and support EHS Supervisor on an actively implementation of EHS program.

- Good in English
- Experience in production management in footwear / garment industry
