[Bình Dương]_Site Operations Manager

DBSchenker - one of Germany's leading Logistic service companies, needs to recruit Site Operations Manager with the following job description:

•Manage & develop people, resources and processes related to our warehousing services in ST1 and ST2.

•Lead & develop staff from different levels. Direct reports are warehouse supervisor, shift leader and warehouse admin executive(s).

•Work planning. Assign tasks according to business needs and staff capabilities. Monitor timely execution in line with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Ensure cross training.

•Plan and monitor deployment of subcontracted handling services

•Collaborate with Schenker CS and Schenker Transport department

•Develop & improve warehouse related SOP’s. Ensure SOP’s are strictly applied, updated & improved as required.

•Ensure a safe working environment

•Monitor safe working conditions related to material handling equipment and warehouse equipment such as racks & shelves

•Drive capability development of the warehouse team

•Gains insight in operational/quality defects which influence the service for customers in a negative perspective, analyses this and undertakes corrective action.

•Determine sanctions in case of un regularities and corrects non performance of staff

•Min 3 years experience in leading & developing people

•Min 1 years experience in a similar role

•Experienced in designing warehouse processes and defining functional requirements for a WMS

•Very good people management skills

•Good written and spoken English

•Very good understanding of warehouse processes and WMS functionality

•Basic knowledge of Transport Services

•Able to work under pressure and set priorities for self and staff

•Able to work in a structured manner - yet flexible to meet changing customer needs

•Team player but also a strong leader for the warehouse team.

- Meal allowance: 730,000 VNĐ/ month

- Month salary bonus 13, 14, 15.

- To be provided with laptop, taxi card, Sim phone support at work
