1. Responsible for the overall coordination of human resource management of Vietnam Company and the establishment and improvement of the human resource management system and system;

2. Responsible for organizing and formulating the annual personnel recruitment and allocation plan, and strictly supervising the implementation of personnel recruitment management;

3. Responsible for organizing and formulating annual personnel training and development plans, and establishing and improving personnel promotion channels;

4. Responsible for organizing and formulating competitive personnel salary and welfare and performance policies, and supervising the cost control of salary and welfare expenses;

5. Responsible for developing and improving the employee relationship management system of Vietnam Company, maintaining employee relationships and creating a good and harmonious employment environment.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, 5+ years of working experience in Human resources.

2. Vietnamese people and Chinese can be the working language.

3. Good computer skills, able to operate office documents.

4. Good communication skills, teamwork ability, team management experience, and strong executive ability.

1. Working hours 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Saturday
