[Bình Thạnh - HCM] Lead Designer (Ui/Ux)

・Design and adjust images according to client’s requirements until the artwork is approved
・Generate creative direction of web design such as brand site, corporate site, landing page and support Web designer.
・Collaborate with designer and development team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience (UX/UI)
・Understand client requirements and be able to propose creative policies.
・Generate creative ideas for brands or products mainly related to digital advertising: Facebook Post, Ads Banner, Key visual banner, GND banner, Ecommerce (Laz, Shopee)… All graphic design for Marketing online/offline.
・Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time (including signage implementation & event organization), may create assets for other purposes than the aforesaid.
・Work with the Account, Sale, Dev team to deliver innovative designs in accordance clients’ desired concept
・Generate key creative ideas for brands or products.

Requirements:

・Proficient in using software: XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effect, Premiere.
・At least 5 years of experience in graphic design and UX/UI (for UX / UI, 3 years is required).
・Experience working in agencies
・Can make proposals and share information for operation improvement.
・Flexibility and adaptability, updating trends in design to meet diverse requirements.
・Ability to take on multiple facets of work and meet deadlines
・Good knowledge and understanding of website design.
・Attention to detail and accuracy.
・Capture and process quickly the required information from customers to come up with the best design solution
・Good teamwork to share, discuss and change for improvement.
