Bizman Sky – a spectacular rooftop lounge located in Saigon will be opening soon. Bizman Sky serves a wide range of breakfast, brunch, biz- lunch, and relaxed dinners with well liquors. Being wholly owned and operated by Huge- Fam, Bizman Sky will be a welcoming space where business professionals can build business networking to share ultimate business opportunities to mingle friendly conversations with nights of mesmerizing music, unique menus, and cool 360- views of the city from the rooftop of a 15 story building.
In order to prepare a strongly professional team who well operates Bizman Sky, we are seeking right persons for the following positions:
F&B Manager
Operation Management
– Practice orders from Manager;
– HR arrangement;
– Operation management of ship/daily basic;
– Cooperate with other department to ensure restaurant operation run well;
– Weekly/Monthly work plan for staff and implementation;
– Service quality management;
– Staff meeting at beginning of shift;
Service quality management
– Develop Monitoring Mechanism and monitor the Quality Standard implementation, purchasing procedure;
– Propose restaurant daily activities;
– Daily report to Manager;
Reservation Management
– Be in charge of event or special reservation if any;
– Together with Chef, do planning for special menu of the day/event/banquet;
– Monitor reservation detail;
Customer Relation management
– Deal with any appeal/complain from customer;
– Report result to General Manager;
– Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction following Company regulation;
Asset management
– Check and confirm for stock- out receipt;
– Monthly check for tool and equipment stock – and report/explain to Manager for lost/damaged quantity;
– Approval for daily material purchase of which related to his area in- charged;
– Check and confirm for transferring asset, food, and dishes;
Staff management
– Practicing Company HR regulation;
– Control Tip Money of the shift/day;
– Appointing task and responsibility for staff;
– And other duties as assigned by BD Manager;
– Probation review for staff;
– Worksheet planning and allocating if needed;
– Guide and coach staff in accordance to fine- dining hospitality standard;
– Sign (be responsible for) order cancellation/ invoice cancellation of the shift/the day;
– Involve in recruitment and training new staff;
– Evaluate result and capacity for staff;
Requirement:
– Interpersonal Skills Can Do Attitude, Result Oriented, sharing spirit;
– At least 4- year experience in F&B business;
– Reliable and trustworthy, pleasant manner;
– Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
– English fluently;
– Graduated from hospitality major;
– Team working, work independently and self- motivated and highly integrity;
