Bond Product Developer

- Analyze, evaluate, and select appropriate corporate bonds for trading on the platform.
- Develop bond pricing model and manage bond inventory to ensure trades can be executed with consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Analyze clients’ needs, current market trends and potential buying perspective.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for bond platform construction and final product development.
- Develop and manage relevant reports for the bond portfolio which includes trading position, daily transactions, daily cashflow, cashflow from bond coupon and payment at expiration.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Developer to ensure the product launching success.
- Design and manage the trading process for the whole life cycle of each corporate bond.

- Good at verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken Vietnamese and English.
- Knowledge of bond valuations, ability to build bond pricing model as well as manage operation of retail bond platform.
- Undergraduate or Master degree in Investment, Finance, Banking, Economics or related subjects.
- Knowledge of macroeconomics and corporate bond market.
- Strong pricing models skills
- Self-driven, independent and reliable.
- Proven experience overseeing all elements pf the product development lifecycle.
- At least 3-4 years experienced in the corporate bond industry.
