Booking Executive

This position may be suitable for a person who is detail-oriented and good to go with daily standard targets
This position will involve in working on systems, it doesn’t have customer service and few interactions with customers.
We are looking for team member for Customer Care - Booking team.
Create and amend Booking
• Check, fulfill all information which requires per trade/service… and release booking within timeline
• Send email to HO/ involved dept for COD cases and update system
• Send email to HO/ involved dept for approval before accepting booking for DG/OOG…
• Receive and proceed booking instruction
Auto rate
• Should be done at the time of booking or lates on ETD-1
• Splitting charges for some VIP account
• In case SQ is invalid or anything relates to rate, send email to HO/Pricer for checking and confirm.
Solving all issues /queries / email
• From Indian Documentation team & internal dept concerns to bookings, rate & update system

To be able to perform the job well & smoothly, you will need the below requirements:
- Education: College/ Bachelor degree; major in Sea Transportation, Export- Import, International Business...
- Language: English communication
- Computer: an intermediate level of MS Office.
- Skills: strong in organization & deadline management, work well under high pressure
- Experience: at least 1 year of working experience in shipping companies or freight forwarder companies
- Personalities: detail-oriented, careful, hardworking, well-organised, be able to work overtime.
