Branch Manager - Hà Nội

Job summary
This position will report to BoD.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing Hanoi - HCM branch. They will oversee Sale reporting, train staff, and grow branch revenue. Duties include managing and supervising employees, assisting customers, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with B2B customers and proactively identify further new business opportunities
- Incharge all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, administration, sales, ware-house.
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
- Developing organizational culture activities to connect employees.
- Proposing and developing business activities, promotions to meet and exceed performance targets, while meeting annual growth targets.
- Define and agree goals and milestones with your team(s) and ensure goals are defined and communicated to their respective teams. Set up Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress. Follow up as appropriate and become hands on if required to ensure achievement of goals.
- Support the sales process and ensure that the relations with the clients are good and efficient.
- Manage inventory and propose timely promotions.
- Supervising and coordinating stocks to ensure the quick supply to customers.

- At least 2 years of experience in Business field (Audio is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrator or a related field.
- Leadership and human resources management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills.
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.
- 2 years of experience in management.
- Good command of English.
