Brand and Marketing Executive

Identifying, developing, and executing marketing strategies including but not limited to:
• Developing creatives such as marketing collaterals and artworks
• Maintaining content and photo gallery for the website
• Planning and executing marketing projects and campaigns
• Coordinating with and managing agencies and vendors to carry out the required scope of work
• Ensuring all administrative works are handled and coordinating with relevant departments.
• Writing and proofreading creative copy
• Managing social media campaigns and content for the property
• Support organization of corporate and property events
• Ensuring Corporate/Brand CI is applied at all time

Qualification: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Experience & Competencies:
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Able to organize and co-ordinate in a systematic manner
• Competent in MS software such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Design competency (AI, PS, etc.) is a plus.
• Able to interact and work with personnel from all levels
• Having experience or background in Marketing, preferably in real estate or hospitality industry
