We’re going to make a huge launch in early 2025 and are seeking for a highly creative and strategic Brand & Communication Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of a compelling brand narrative that resonates with our target audience and strengthens AROBID‘s market presence.
Job Description:
Brand Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor key brand performance indicators (KPIs) and make data- driven adjustments to brand strategies as needed. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and initiate test- and- learn initiatives.
Brand Communication Strategy: Develop and manage the overall strategy for brand communications, encompassing both in- house initiatives and agency collaborations. This includes concept development, planning, and execution.
Brand Building & Enhancement: Lead branding projects designed to elevate AROBID‘s brand image and foster stronger relationships with all stakeholders- buyers, vendors, associations and the wider community.
Brand Stewardship: Serve as the primary guardian of AROBID‘s brand equity across all channels and touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand messaging and experience for all campaigns and ongoing initiatives.
Report to CMO: Provide support to the CMO on various projects and tasks as assigned.
Cross- functional Collaboration: Coordinate and plan the execution of brand initiatives across multiple teams and departments to meet deadlines and maximize impact.
Job Requirements:
4- 5 years of experience in brand & communication management, especially experience with B2B solutions and e- commerce services is a big plus.
Demonstrated creative and strategic thinking abilities.
Hands- on experience in marketing operations.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong conceptual and structural thinking skills.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to solve problems, multi- task effectively, and thrive in a fast- paced environment.
Bachelor‘s or Master‘s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
