Brand Development Manager

Objective
- As the Brand development Manager, you are responsible for growing the portfolio of brands managed and distributed by Maison Retail management International.
Results measurement
- In quality of the terms negotiated with principal brands and brand owners
- In number of new brands added to the MSRMI portfolio every year
- Results for this position are measured
Responsibilities
- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning
- Monitor progress by tracking activity; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
- Design and implement brand acquisition strategies alongside the rest of the brand development team
- Meet the brand acquisition goals and targets
- Contribute to Brand development objectives by studying the existing portfolio and assets, gathering information, evaluating synergies and similarities
- Manage, recruit, set objectives, coach a team of executives

- Strong project management and organization skills

- Strong analytical skills with great attention to details
- Proven track record in designing actionable management reports
- Minimum Bachelor&039;s Degree
- Strive for impact and high performance. Hunger for success with a commitment to getting things done
- 5+ years’ experience in sales/business development is a must. Experience in fashion Retail is a plus
- Customer focused
- Strong listening skills and judgement to make wise decisions in the interest of Maison RMI
- Exceptional communication skills in both Vietnamese and English; a 3rd language is a plus
