Product Development:
Analyze the product&039;s sales process to propose product plans and strategies accordingly
Proposing appropriate product strategy and product structure to meet the set targets and sales plans.
Research and conduct product testing, product improvement to ensure that the product always keeps up with market demand, giving customers the experience and satisfaction about the product.
Coordinating with SC team in developing samples, supplying raw materials, purchasing activities, ensuring full and seasonal satisfaction of product quantity and quality according to sales plan. plan.
Conduct market and consumer research to determine market potential, tacit truths/insights… From there, propose design trends, product concepts to meet customer needs.
Research, develop and manage product packaging, labels, cards... to ensure product image.
Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies both online and offline to promote brand identity for the product line in charge, including building brand orientation, orienting communication strategy and managing the implementation of the product line. Deploy marketing campaigns to ensure optimal effectiveness, meeting both brand communication goals, sales and customer satisfaction.
Analyze and estimate the brand&039;s revenue from statistics related to business activities
Develop relationships with the press, KOLs, influencers, relevant partners to increase product awareness
Analyze and monitor competitor behavior.
Collaborate with O2O team in building content for products, orienting product images, including photography concepts, clips, images on websites, social networking sites (FB, Instagram, Tiktok...) to ensure customers always receive full information about the product and increase the customer&039;s love and interaction for the product.
Manage the image of the product line in charge on social channels, website and Market Place
Monitor the implementation of marketing and advertising activities... and analyze and report on program effectiveness based on ROI and KPIs.
Participating in resolving customer feedback and complaints related to product quality, design, etc.
Orientation for Graphic Design team on designing publications, banners, posters... related to the product line in charge
Building and implementing fashion shows, product introduction, participating in fashion events to introduce products and increase customers&039; awareness of the product line.
Manage marketing budget closely to ensure business efficiency for the product line in charge
Communicate requirements to the internal team and suppliers so that the products and activities of the brand always ensure quality, creativity, and bring the highest satisfaction to customers.
Collaborate with the Sales Operation team to complete the sales plan targets and the development of the product line they are in charge of each season and each year.
Visual Merchandise:
Supervising the implementation of publications and materials displayed at the store to ensure the image is consistent with the strategy set out.
Coordinate with VM team in implementing display activities at the point of sale, exhibition topics to attract and increase customer traffic
Training & coaching:
Professional training and development of junior staff.
Inspiring and training product knowledge, consulting skills for sales staff to ensure product mastery to properly and fully introduce and communicate to customers
Develop training and human resource development plans according to the company&039;s development roadmap
Lead and motivate the team to achieve the best results

At least 5+ years of multi-category marketing / brand management experience
Deep understanding of Fashion (retail) industry
Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or advertising/branding
Excellent communication and presentation
3-5 years of marketing leadership experience
