JOB PURPOSES:
Lead and drive the Brand Strategy in CMC. Key responsibilities including:
Shaping the brand development based on 1) integrating robust consumer, market, & business insight; 2) developing innovative product and relevant product pipelines; and 3) delivering excellent product activation, communication, trade marketing coordination.
Leading the annual brand strategic review, brand marketing strategy development, and deployment for brand activities under the area of responsibility, with the ambition of profitable growth

Brand vision:
Long term: CMC is the leading “top of mind” tiles brand in Vietnam
Position CMC brand as a market leader in Vietnam offering a wide range of products and services for tiles business
Short term is to build a brand storyboard to support sales and launch hitch programs
Brand Strategies:
Develop and monitor measures to improve brand profitability and justify every element of marketing spend
Product, Pricing, Place (distribution), Promotion strategy
Define brand character & USPs
Marketing deployment:
Constant conduct customer, market analysis to gain robust consumer insight & the understanding of evolving market dynamics and opportunities
Lead and own the development of brand strategies, annual brand cycle plans, and brand activities that are in line with CMC’s objectives
Monitor brand volume and share performance to ensure KPI achievement while proposing necessary initiatives to address the gap or maximize the growth
Work closely with sales, R&D, manufacturing to study, propose and launch new innovative products and campaigns
Manage external advertising agencies to ensure that deliverables are addressing the brief, at high quality, and are delivered on time
Coordinate Communication & Trade Marketing to maximize impacts on Sales growth, profitability, and customer’s satisfaction
Leadership & Management:
Direct, Motivate and Support team to achieve functional KPIs
Excellent cross-function collaboration to achieve common’s objectives
Recruit, Coach, Develop strong team & team’s capability
Digital/Innovation:
Develop effective contents for the brand’s digital communication
Develop an effective digital strategy
