Brand Marketing Team Leader

- Propose and responsible for marketing campange to ensure business strategy.
- Supervise all of the marketing activities.
- Responsible for brand&039;s aspect including: brand image, marketing materials, products visibility, layout in all of showroom
- Make annual marketing plan according to the company strategy
- Accountable for porfolio with innovation plan to full fill the customer&039;s needed
- Connect with major association on behalf of ALC
- Monitor product quality performance
- Responsible to build and lead the marketing&039;s activites
- Perform others tasks as direct supervise
- Responsible for brand performance and competitive position in the market including: market share, volume and value products, the price.
- Work closely with business section, techincel services team, project team and relative department thought in alinged development orientation

- Literacy: University or upper
- Office computer: good
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Experience/ Over 3 years
- Good communication and presentation skills in Vietnamese & English.
- Key Skills: Skill of solving problems, leadership skill, time management skill, negotiation skill, persuative skill, …
- Foreign language (level): Good at 4 skills
