Brand Supervisor (Open to Consider Work Off-Site)

• Participate in new product development and research.
• Research target market and consumers of the company;
• Report to Director about brand awareness and effectiveness/ result of marketing strategies.
• Develop effective Marketing Plans and be in charge of implementation;
• Analyze competitors and market trends;
• Coordinate with Sales department and other department for meeting market demand;
• Be responsible of building the company’s brands in Asia;
• Define objectives and strategies for assigned brands/products;
• Potentially travel to visit distributors and target market
• Control the marketing budget and ensure all payments to vendors are done on a timely manner;
• Select vendors across different marketing activities (video makers, point of sales producers, sampling companies, etc., etc.) ;

• Willing to travel.
• Have marketing concept, market strategy and analysis, brand awareness, product development;
• A strong strategic thinker with a “can-do” attitude;
• High level of spoken and written English;
• Experience of social media experience;
• Company opens to consider work off-site with periodic visits (example : 1 day per week work at site / 1 day per 2 weeks work at site – depending on travelling distance)
• 3 -year experience of marketing experience in FMCG;
