BRCM & Regulatory Compliance Officer, RBWM - STA 6 months (for HSBC staff only)

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of BRCM & Regulatory Compliance Officer, RBWM

In this role, you will:

• Assist Head of BRCM in building appropriate operational controls based on risk assessments to ensure that the Group’s Operational Risk Management Framework is met and fully adhered to.

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to provide accurate and up to date standard monthly information/ reporting to senior management/ ASP.

• Provide the support to the RBWM Business with the implementation of RBWM Information Technology, Information Security.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: 

• Current HSBC employee

• Good understanding of operational risk and controls, compliance and legal issues, preferably gained through experience in front line and risk roles

• Good knowledge of the Group and the RBWM business, including products & services

• Proven problem solving skills with ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions

• Good communication and influencing skills

• Ability to handle multi-tasks within a team environment

• Ability to build relationships with all stakeholders
