Observe (Make rounds)/sensing and re-set minor stops
Set up machine and align with other areas/departments (i.e., Fermentation with Filtration) according to production plan
Perform advanced maintenance activities i.e., change gaskets in valves, refurbishment of pumps
Ensure utilities consumption optimization and/or quality issues according to SOP
Supervise assigned trainee tasks
Ensure adherence to the standard planned downtime and report/justify deviations, and self-initiate problem solving. Do RCA
Participate in PMS meeting/Shift handover check list/log
Report/record deviations from standards (i.e., Parameters, SOPs, OPLs)
Remove materials and by products according to SOP (i.e., hops, spent grains, kieselguhr)
Owns and drives process KPI&039;s improvement (i.e., Loss, Utilities consumption)
Ensure all new parts are available and quality checked (i.e., NPDs)
Ensure optimal running of assigned processes according to Recipes and Specifications/SOPs and anticipate abnormalities (i.e., flow, temperatures)
Report downtime (on MES or alternative systems for SAP notification)
Do troubleshooting. Solve problems whenever able, if not escalate according to SOP.
Assign proper stoppage coding during planned/unplanned downtime
Collect/report KPIs/KAIs of his/her process area and initiates daily improvement activities
Lead improvements projects (i.e., Taste and MB Quality, AM/PM, Gemba Kaizen/losses, waste reduction)
Cooperate with external services/materials suppliers during activities on site (i.e., CIP)
Perform CIL & ensure/perform optimal cleaning on designated area according to 5Ss/SOPs
Perform 5S & Safety & Quality checks - ensure compliance to standards report deviations (i.e., near miss)
Help/Assist Maintenance technician or B&P Technician Expert to resolve the problem.
Set up processes according to SOPs/OPLs and align with other areas/departments (i.e., Brewing…) following the production plan
Shut down processes/machines according to SOPs/OPLs (including utilities)
Perform all sampling and quality control checks and adjust parameters accordingly
Ensure 100% materials availability and added according to the Recipes and Specifications
Perform de-tagging, issue tag for all abnormalities
Ensure materials in place and quality checked
Perform changeover (i.e., Beer-beer) and/or CIP according to SOP/OPL
Check production plan
Ensure fast and effective investigation on deviations in production processes with QA department
Create/review/improve standards, process documentation i.e., SOP and train others
