Broker Director

- To be responsible for establishment, operation and development retail business.
- Lead to build and deploy the retail product and services.
- Assist the related teams to build the policies to operate the retail business (such as incentive policy for broker/remiser).
- To be responsible to build brandname and take market share in retail.

- Having experience of direct establishment and development the securities retail business.
- Thorough understanding about business enviroment of retail services in Vietnam securities market.
- Having experience of operation the network of broker and remiser.
- Strong networking with other securities company.
- 05 years experience of operation the retail services in a large size Vietnam securities company.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High level of English proficiency.
