Business Analysist Cum Project Coordinator (Management Information System)

- Implement reliably: Pre and Post GO LIVE support, implementation, service transition and service management phases.
- Work with technical team: Based on requirements document, work with technical teams to arrive at the functional specification – liaisons with technical teams to present the technical solution.
- Project management: Arrive at the detailed project milestone and commit delivery of the solution to delivery function.
- Communicate in a networked way: Establishing long-term, strategic relationships with Unit Departments, IT Partners and relevant stakeholders (internal and external).
- Taking responsibility: Be a single point of contact for Business Department for understanding the IT tools and applications related pain points, work to finalize the requirement documents for new IT applications.
- Living cooperation: Coordination of the cooperation between internal project staff from other IT departments, external partners and Unit Department.
- Creating something new: Consulting, requirements assessment and IT solution development from cloud Azure, Digital transform, BI.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
- Education: You have an IT-related background
- Experience and know-how: You have at least 3 years of professional experience in IT management, business analysis, consulting, process engineering, IT project management or other related areas
- Have basic understanding of UI, UX and IT architecture.
- Should have consulting mind-set and able to manage variety of stakeholders in a different roles.
- Personality: You have very good communication, coordination and organizational skills. You are able to understand the client&039;s requirements and see them in the context of holistic service provision. At the same time, you are able to inspire the client with new, innovative IT solutions.
- English: Good communication skills
- Have good knowledge of IT organization process, IT project management, Digital transformation topics, Business Intelligence and cloud based applications.
NICE TO HAVE
- Knowledge of BI, Data Lake, Cloud, Digital Transform and CRM systems are an advantage.
- Working method: You approach tasks in an analytical and solution-oriented manner. You will use your skills in a customer-oriented manner in order to provide optimal solutions that meet business requirements and technical possibilities.
- Should be familiar with Business process terms
- Have knowledge of business process management (BPM)
