Mô tả công việc


  • Discuss with product team to analyze and understand requirements of the product
  • Join regular meetings at night with product team in North America to get/clarify product requirements
  • Research and understand the business objectives and issues to provide client with solutions
  • Translate business objective/needs into documents
  • Develop, write and edit technical documents
  • Manage updates and revisions of technical documents
  • Ensure the assigned tasks to be performed on-time and with high quality
  • Weekly and/or on-demand report to supervisor
  • Follow the project and organization processes, policies and regulations

Yêu cầu công việc


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience 
  • Experienced in writing technical documents, procedures, workflows
  • Experienced in analyzing requirements
  • Good English skills (reading, writing, speaking & listening)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and cautious
  • Highly responsible in work, proactive, self-organized and good teamwork spirit
  • Able to join meeting at night
