BUSINESS ANALYST

Mô tả công việc:

Act as main support to internal business units and external parties for the in-charge Product.
Any additional/ad-hoc task as assigned by immediate superior
Coordinate and communicate with developer and designer on requirements and system implementation.
Serve as an escalation point for customer concerns if/when they arise.
Developing and maintaining up-to-date and complete requirements documentation.
To gather and understand customers´ objectives, processes and products in order to make recommendations.

Yêu cầu công việc:

1 – 2 years of experience in a product analyst role is an added advantage.
Able to handle multiple tasks, withstand pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all types of people at all levels of the organization.
Able to work on multiple projects independently and proactively with minimum supervision.
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Strategic thinker who is self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
Possess good time-management skills with ability to prioritize & deliver assigned tasks.
