Business Analyst

Gathering requirements and documentation
Conducting end-user training and providing help desk support
Co-developing functional specifications and design logic
Drafting project plans, schedules and cost estimates
Assisting our Quality Assurance Engineer with testing
Preparing commercial documents and contracts
Understanding business functions and processes
Coordinating and facilitating meetings
Billing and collections
Project tracking and status updates

Team player
Critical thinker and analytical problem-solver
2+ years of business analysis experience in an accounting or tax context
Comfortable with Microsoft tools including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
Skilled active listener
Skilled negotiator
Bachelor&039;s degree preferably in Accounting or Finance with solid knowledge of management information systems
Well-organised and able to prioritise effectively
Excellent command of English and Vietnamese (spoken and written)

Annual Leaves:

Senior/Manager level: 20 days++
