Business Analyst

* Responsibilities:
- Coordinate in the QA process (SIT, UAT)
- Identifying and prioritizing technical and functional implementation;
- Support PM in the functional analysis, outlining problems, risks, and scenarios to tackle the problems that ensure the delivery quality;
- Collects the business requirements, project requirements to ensure the essential information being documented;
- Work with software delivery team for technical items breakdown, effort estimation & implementation follow-up;
- Manage changes details throughout the project life cycles and work with Project Manager to align the project timeline;

* Requirements:
- Certification in business analysis is a big plus (ECBA, CBAP, CCBA, etc.)
- Excellent communication in English & Vietnamese (both oral and written);
- Technical domain knowledge/certification is a plus (CCNA, MCSA, AWS, etc.);
- Knowledge of software product lifecycle;
- Analytical thinking and problem solving mindset;
- Familiar with Business Requirement Document (BRD), User Stories/Use Case Specification Document, Functional Requirement Document;
- Experience working under different project management methodologies (prefer at least 2-years with Agile Scrum);
