Business Analyst

1.Work with system (Bigquery) and stakeholders in collection, consolidation and data analysis (by Excel, Powerpoint, Google Data Studio,…), outline problems, opportunities and solutions for Merchant Department.
2.Merchant Acquisition Direction: Merchant Segmentation based on internal & external data, review efficiency of merchant acquisition activity.
3.Merchant Operations Monitoring: Cancellation rate by reason/merchant; Merchant app & POS installation & active rate; Merchant’s opened/closed status management,…
4.Merchant Performance Management: GMV, Order, Revenue, Growth,…
5.Other tasks assigned by line manager
6.Working time: 5 days/week, 9 am – 5:30 pm
7.Working place: 142 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Ward 6, Dist 3, HCMC

1.Bachelor degree in Statistics, Math, Economics or related quantitative field with 3+ years experience.
2.Hands-on and advanced proficiency in SQL
3.Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
4.Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
5.Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
6.Competency in Google Data Studio, Google/Facebook Analytics
7.Understand Food & Beverage market, E-commerce background is advantage
