Business Analyst (BA)

Study the Corebanking system to understand current system capability.
Work with business user to gather requirements.
Do ‘fit-gap’ analysis
Collaborate directly with other workstream and customer in order to provide solutions.
Contribute with the team in documenting Requirment Document.
Be responsible for ensuring all objectives are met per assigned timelines.
Setup tasks, monitor and responsible for implementing the change requests.
Support SIT and UAT phase and be responsible to finish end-to-end implement process.
Other tasks assigned by line manager such as preparing training materials, building training plan and conduct training for new BA

Graduated as a Bachelor of IT or Banking and Finance
Being able to understand and catch-up quickly with various business processes/rules or new products.
Familiar with APIs, and can talk comfortably from a functional perspective;
Understand how to write a requirement spec for Banking Products/processes
Can work as individual or as a team member, under stressful condition, good team work attitude
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
Keen attention to detail
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Negotiation skills
Can communicate in English (mandatory)
Has organizational skills sufficient to ensure that business requests delivered to IT will be completed with good quality, on time, and with planned efforts.
Experience in a particular banking domain is a plus.
Know-how various systems in banking domain (such as Core, Card, Data, Digital Banking, Payment, etc...) should work.
